Hi, I'm Michaela I'm a qualified level 4 Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, I have been coaching since 2016 changing people's relationships with food and themselves. Through comprehensive and individualized counselling sessions, each client receives a personalized starter pack that is designed to help them reach and maintain their health and fitness goals. Each week we check in and see how you have been getting on, we then make small manageable changes to support you in reaching your goal. I believe in replacing bad habits with healthy ones, reinforcing healthy lifestyle behaviours that make you look and feel great for the rest of your life.

I don't hand out meal plans as this does nothing to coach you on how to feed yourself and or your family for the future.

I believe in enabling and supporting so you are self-reliant.
